I’ve had plenty of jobs in my life, but the one that stuck is helping people learn. Coaching gives me a front-row seat to those lightbulb moments, whether it’s a kid figuring out math or an adult taking another shot at a dream.

I didn’t plan on bonding with goats. But somewhere between fixing fences, strumming my guitar in the pasture, and watching three little Beatles-in-their-own-right, I found himself learning about leadership, mischief, and the art of rest.
