Ava Rose Readings & Newsletter Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2025

Your story, your presence, and your trust are sacred here. This privacy policy explains, in plain and reverent language, how I hold and protect the personal information you share with me—whether through private sessions, email correspondence, or the Ava Rose newsletter.

What I Collect

When you enter the Ava Rose world, I may collect the following:

  • For Sessions:
Your full name, email address, date, time, and place of birth; any personal background or spiritual information you choose to share; and details exchanged during our work together—including session notes and, if you consent, audio or video recordings.
  • For the Newsletter:
First name and email address, provided only when you sign up to receive emails from me.
  • Website Visits:
Like most sites, I use basic analytics and necessary cookies to understand how the website is used, improve your experience, and maintain site security. No personal data is ever sold or shared for marketing.

How I Hold and Use Your Information

Your information is received and kept with the utmost care, for the sole purpose of supporting your experience as a client or subscriber.

  • Session intake forms, notes, and correspondence are kept in a secure Google Workspace account and a private (digital or handwritten) notebook.
  • If you schedule a session, meetings may be recorded via Fathom (a secure meeting tool) for the purpose of capturing key insights and notes—never for public use or distribution.
  • Your newsletter sign-up (first name and email) is managed by Mailchimp, used only for the delivery of email content you have chosen to receive.

I do not share, sell, or trade your information with any third party. The only exceptions are the basic services required to deliver sessions or emails (Google, Fathom, Mailchimp), each of which is chosen for its commitment to security.

Your Rights

  • Access & Deletion:
You may request a copy of any information held about you, or ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Simply email me at ava@avarose.love, and your request will be honored within 14 days.
  • Unsubscribe:
Every newsletter contains a direct unsubscribe link, allowing you to remove yourself from future communications at any time, no explanation needed.
  • Corrections:
If you wish to update or correct any information, reach out and your records will be amended promptly.

Data Retention

Your information is kept only as long as necessary—to serve the purpose for which it was given, support our work together, or comply with basic record-keeping requirements. When you request deletion, all data associated with you will be securely removed from all systems within 14 days.

Children's Privacy

Ava Rose does not knowingly collect or store personal data from children under the age of 18 without explicit parental consent.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in practice or law. The most current version will always be posted here, with the date of last revision noted above.
